THE WHAT? Shiseido is set to offer factory tours at its newly opened facility named Shiseido Beauty Planet, located at Fukuoka Kurume Factory.
THE DETAILS The tours will include a variety of attractions, including a tour of the manufacturing site that incorporates advanced IoT technologies, and hands-on activities so that visitors can have ‘fun learning and experiencing the manufacturing of cosmetics.’
Operating twice a day, visitors can see areas such as projection mapping, activities around inspection processes, and more.
THE WHY? Shiseido has stated that the new tours aim to ”‘become a hub for increasing the number of Shiseido users.”
