NYSE suspends trading in Revlon stock

THE WHAT? The New York Stock Exchange has announced that it has decided to suspend trading in the Class A Common Stock of Revlon. Trading was suspended on the market’s close on October 20, 2022

THE DETAILS The NYSE will now file a delisting application with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

THE WHY? The move follows a decision from the Committee for Review of the Board of Directors of the Exchange in which it upheld the Exchange’s previously announced determination to delist the US beauty giant following the firm’s bankruptcy.
