THE WHAT? Duolab has teamed up with Frasers Hospitality to provide a personalized skin care guest amenity offer for Fraser Suites.
THE DETAILS Created by L’Occitane Group, Duolab’s bespoke skin care innovation will be offered in all rooms and suites in Fraser Suites Kensington, London and Fraser Suites Geneva, Switzerland until April 2023.
During their stay, guests will be able to choose a duo of capsules from the 20 on offer, to combine, creating a personalized skin care blend.
THE WHY? Rebecca Hollants Van Loocke, COO EMEA Frasers Hospitality says, “Offering a new level of luxury exclusively to our guests in collaboration with Duolab and L’Occitane felt like a natural step forward in evolving our amenity offering, which is designed to be customer focused. We feel that nothing is more customer focused than a bespoke skin care regime.”
