THE DETAILS Rothschild & Co owner, Concordia will finance the move via loans and it is rumored that one of the lenders is Natixis, The Financial Times reports.
THE WHY? Francois Perol, Managing Partner of Rothschild & Co, told the Financial Times that the Anglo-French family wishes to take the bank ‘completely private’ with like-minded investors with a long-term perspective.
